The opportunity Own Body is seeking a number of dedicated Podiatrists to join our team on a full time/ part time or casual basis in the North, West, East, South East, Bayside and Peninsula areas of Melbourne (with multiple other positions available across Melbourne and Australia). Your caseload commonly includes general skin and nail care, diabetic foot care, biomechanical/footwear assessment, wound care & prevention, post-surgical, orthotic/offloading therapy, maintenance and rehabilitation therapy for clients with disabilities. You will also have the opportunity to treat clients with a variety of conditions, co-morbidities and some complex cases. Clinicians are not required to take on clients outside of their skill set. You will be experienced in biomechanical assessment, general skin and nail care, wound prevention education and management, orthotic prescription and fitting, nail surgery and diabetes (foot and limb health) assessment/treatment. RENUNERATION We have flexible renumeration packages depending on your situation and preference! For full time and part time clinicians the package is based on an hourly rate, plus super, plus travel allowance, plus a percentage of product sales. Additional opportunity to earn generous and achievable monthly bonuses. Do you have your own tools? We are happy to negotiate higher pay rates for clinicians who can supply their own tools. For casual clinicians, there is the option to be paid sessionally per client at a fixed rate (inclusive of loadings etc. + super) or to be paid a commission on each appointment.
