Chef de Partie (Casual) Exceptional Career Opportunity in a Multi-Faceted Operation in Brisbane
We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team with one of our leading Corporate Clients, EY.
This is a casual role ideally for someone looking for varied days and hours which change week to week.
You will be assisting the kitchen team in the day-to-day operations of the site, working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other team members.
Tasks will comprise of preparing formal meals, canapé functions, buffets, sandwich and wrap prep, salad making.
The ability to work autonomously when required.
You are a 'foodie' – you understand the importance of 'food as medicine' in the workplace and have a track record of successfully running kitchen operations.
You know how to create excellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact.
You want to have positive interactions with all clients – it's part of your DNA.
You have proven credentials including the ability to inspire and engage your teams, drive positive change and innovation.
You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever-changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure.
