The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our dedicated team, expand brand visibility, and drive growth across Australia. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who excels at team building, client relationships, and strategic sales management in a sustainability-focused industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and drive your team to exceed sales targets, balancing B2B and B2C growth.
* Manage high-profile sales accounts independently or alongside sales representatives.
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with House of Bamboo’s mission and values.
* Identify new market opportunities, tailoring solutions for the Architecture, Construction, and Design industries.
* Play a key role in strategic planning through active participation in management meetings.
* Assess team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching to enhance results.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Manager on lead generation and e-commerce initiatives.
* Stay informed on industry trends, maintain CRM data in Zoho, and prepare sales reports.
* Oversee the sales budget to optimize resource allocation.
* Represent House of Bamboo at industry events and conferences, expanding professional networks.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 5+ years of proven sales success in Architecture, Construction, Design, or related industries.
* 3+ years of experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams.
* Strong client relationship management in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Established network within commercial and residential sectors preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Based in Botany, this is an on-site role.
