We are seeking a passionate Demi Chef or Chef de Partie to complete our guests' experiences with exceptional presentation and flavour. As a dedicated professional, you will take pride in your workspace, maintain high standards, and bring expertise to our menu.

You will report to the Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef/Executive Chef and be responsible for producing quality products while ensuring hygiene and food safety standards. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for progressing your culinary career are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce a wide range of quality products
* Exercise knowledge of hygiene and food safety
* Maintain high guest service standards
Requirements:
* 2-3 years previous culinary experience (hotel or restaurant environment highly desirable)
* Grill experience an advantage
* Commercial cookery certification
* Experience with a food safety system such as HACCP desirable
* Enthusiasm to learn new things
