Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing weekly sales with your Manager and implementing additional strategies to achieve sales goals when necessary.
* Providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service by educating customers on the Too Faced brand and product offerings.
* Demonstrating products to customers, explaining their benefits, and developing personal relationships to drive loyalty.
* Participating in events in-store to drive business and maintain a consistent brand image.
* Maintaining the Too Faced space by ensuring it is merchandised and kept clean and tidy at all times.
* Informing management of seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.
* Alerting management of out-of-stock situations promptly.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Proven retail experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry.
* A strong knowledge of Too Faced products and a passion for the beauty industry.
* Excellent makeup and artistry skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with customers, peers, and management.
* The capacity to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced setting.
* Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
* The ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
