The skills required for this role are as follows:• DENG 5• DTAN 4• DBDS 4As part of this role, you will:• Lead the provision of business intelligence, reporting and analysis to support decision making at whole of government, category portfolio and agency level.• Lead the design of a repeatable high-quality data integration and categorisation process for procurement information across Queensland Government's finance systems using strong technical and design skills.• Lead the research, analysis and interpretation of data sourced from systems as required to find solutions to business issues applying statistical, mathematical, analytical, problem-solving and evaluation.• Lead maintenance and manage improvements to the whole of government procurement machine learning capabilities, including strong technical skills in data engineering processes, database structures, and machine learning building in the Microsoft Azure stack (data factory, SQL Server, Azure machine learning studio, etc).• Lead the development and documentation of conceptual and logical data flows in support of category management.• Set up ongoing operational machine learning models.• Manage individual performance and proactively guide the performance and development of all team members, addressing concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.Join our team and be part of our legacy.
