Contract Administrator – Property Development & Construction
The Client: Our client, a leading Property Developer and Construction company, is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to enhance project delivery and strengthen their reputation.
The Role: You will be responsible for contract administration, procurement, financial reporting, and risk management to ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations. Key duties include:
1. Managing contracts, claims, variations, and compliance
2. Overseeing project budgets, procurement, and financial reporting
3. Leading project teams, meetings, and stakeholder relationships
4. Ensuring risk management, OH&S, and environmental compliance
Experience & Skills Required:
1. 3-5 years in contract administration, procurement, or commercial management
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) & Estate Master
4. Experience in residential developments and commercial fit-outs
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
