Job Description
We are seeking experienced Scaffolders for exciting upcoming projects in Darwin, Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
* Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working condition.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum 2 years' proven experience within the relevant discipline.
* Previous experience within the mining & resources industry or similar.
* A current Working at Heights and Confined Space certification (less than 2 years old).
* A nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card).
* The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
* The ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
What We Offer
We offer:
* Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $42.03 - $55.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
* A standard working week of 40 – 60 hours, working 8 - 12 hours per day with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
