Process Improvement: Regularly review internal processes for consistency and efficiency within the team. About You: ? Experience: 2+ years in a Call Centre, Customer Service, or Sales role with strong relationship management skills.? Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred); Cabinet Vision knowledge is a plus.?
