We offer five core solutions:Organizational StrategyAssessment and SuccessionTalent AcquisitionLeadership DevelopmentTotal RewardsOPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER: It’s about exceeding your potential.We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / Consulting Coordinator to join our team for a period of 12 months in this maternity leave contract position.The Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator in our Advisory solution is responsible for:Providing project coordination and administrative support to their assigned Partner(s)Providing executive-level support to the Partners in an efficient, accurate, confidential, and proactive mannerManaging the workflow of the Consulting team(s) and facilitate project delivery and business development activitiesIn summary, the role provides project coordination and management of all opportunities and engagements being executed by consultant(s) and ongoing business development projects, including monitoring the process, assuring completion of internal and external documentation, and attachment of required documentation to relevant internal systems including Salesforce and PSA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support to Partners: Provide general administrative support to the Partner, support in management of Marquee/Regional Accounts, coordinate travel schedules, maintain calendars including internal and client meetings and calls involving multiple time zones.Consulting Coordination: Compile, prepare, edit, format and proof various high-quality, professional deliverables, including responses to requests for proposals, reports, presentations, and business documents.Support to Business: Assist the Receptionist with reception duties and assist the Administration Operations Manager with coordination of business-wide events.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Superior organizational ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting demands.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail with strong proficiency in proofing documents, proposals, and reportsSelf-motivated, energetic, tenacious with a “can-do” attitude.Project coordination and/or sales support skills preferred.Minimum of three years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant supporting leaders and senior professionals, or relevant work experience in Project Coordination or Sales Support.Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred.Internal Mobility at Korn Ferry: If you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to apply for a different position within Korn Ferry to use the Careers Site.Korn Ferry is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
