This position is a part-time role, offering flexibility with three days per week. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the team. Key Responsibilities: General administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Answering phone calls and managing office correspondence. Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings. Maintaining office supplies and ordering stock. Preparing reports and documents as required. Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
