Lead the evolution of privileged access management (PAM) capabilities with CyberArk as a senior member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position that requires significant experience in IAM, specifically in PAM implementation, management, and operations. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our PAM services and mentoring junior team members to upskill them.
* Manage the organization's enterprise PAM services, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
* Take the lead on aligning PAM capabilities with business requirements, engaging with various business units to understand their needs and objectives.
* Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure proper lifecycle management of PAM accounts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, rotation, and auditing of credentials.
* Review and enforce the principle of least privileged access.
* Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits as required.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in IAM, with 3+ years in CyberArk PAM covering implementation, management, and operations.
* Experience working in cloud-heavy environments.
* Able to work effectively in project teams, providing expertise while collaborating with others.
* Able to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies and automate accordingly.
* History of working in large enterprise environments, preferably those that are highly regulated.
Desirable Skills
* Infrastructure as code experience and automation.
* Experience with IAM products such as Azure Key Vaults, AD/Entra, PIM, Saviyant, Forgerock, etc.
