The Role
Reporting to the Credit Manager, join this high performing and close-knit Credit team. With supportive management, this autonomous, Credit Control role offers a great chance to take ownership of a large ledger of large corporate accounts and a mix of smaller SME businesses.
Role/responsibilities will entail the following:
1. Managing a large number of National and small accounts (approx 500)
2. Creating new accounts
3. Ascertaining credit viability of customers
4. Outbound Collections
5. Maintaining your own ledger (approx $5-10m)
6. Processing credit notes and other credit claims
7. Stop supply
8. Weekly and monthly credit reporting
9. Issuing of account statements
About You
A team player, you will be highly competent across full function Credit Control and have a passion for building relationships with large national accounts and have a proven collections ability utilised by a desire to exceed customer service expectations. The successful candidate will obtain the following:
1. Min 4-5+ years’ experience in a similar Credit Control position
2. High attention to detail
3. Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
4. Ability to work autonomously
5. Experience with a large ERP System (ie SAP, Pronto, Navision, Oracle, JD Edwards etc).
