Ability Advocates Foundation, with our Social Impact Partner Company Build Solution is seeking an Accommodation and Housing Operations Manager to oversee property operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives.
As a catalyst for positive change, you will collaborate with partners and advocate for vulnerable and disadvantaged communities to drive our mission forward.
Role Highlights:
Property Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and compliance.
Manage a 24-hour hotline for Short-Term Housing needs.
Coordinate with Temporary Housing Providers to address short-term housing needs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and housing providers.
Facilitate communication and alignment to drive positive social impact.
Business Development and Agreements:
Work alongside our CEO and the Build Solution Board of Directors to negotiate and implement collaborative agreements.
Ensure seamless execution of affordable, community, and social housing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in Property Management, Affordable Housing, Community Housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or related fields.
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Passion for social impact and community development.
