About the Role:
As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading their Service department. You will oversee a team of approximately 20 staff members, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of their service operations for Ford, Land Rover, Honda, and LDV vehicles.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and coordinating all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
2. Monitoring and maintaining high-quality service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Implementing strategies to optimise department performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Mentoring and training team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.
5. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall dealership operations.
Requirements:
