CJD Equipment are seeking a dedicated and friendly Administration Clerk to join the team at our Port Hedland Branch on a 12-month maternity leave contract. If you have administration experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will support in keeping the branch running in a professional manner whilst providing the service team support with a variety of daily administration tasks.
This is a part-time role and suited to somebody who is available to work between the hours of 9.00 am to 2.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
All training for the role will be provided in person and via Teams.
A day in the life:
* Show off your exceptional customer service skills.
* General administration duties assisting the Branch Manager and Service Department.
* Processing invoices, collating timesheets and other payroll administration.
* Coordinating and booking travel as required by staff.
* Ensuring compliance with policy systems and procedures.
* Support in HSE tasks including, scribe safety meetings and enter safety reports into the HSE System.
* When required, assist the Service Advisor with job card invoicing and/or modifications.
How to catch our eye:
* A great attitude towards work and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
* Construction Equipment/Truck/Automotive industry experience would be an advantage.
* Attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at one time.
* Current drivers’ licence is preferred.
