Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee an industrial project in the South East. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects within the $3M+ bracket, including those involving precast panels, steel frames, mobile cranes, and groundworks.
Responsibilities:
* Programme, schedule, and sequence trades effectively.
* Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Oversee groundworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using software such as Hammertech or Procore.
Requirements:
* Experience in running new building projects with a budget of $3M+.
* Certificate III or IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
* Trade or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
