Pace Appointments is collaborating with a well-established company specialising in equipment for the agricultural and construction sectors to recruit a skilled Parts Professional for a permanent, full-time position based Southside.
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the full Organisational Equipment Manufacturer product range to support both retail and wholesale operations. Duties will include assisting with new product launches, managing essential spare parts and driving promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with branches to assist with parts identification, quotations and sales.
* Work closely with key clients, offering advice on spare parts inventory and timely replacements.
* Monitor machinery usage and component wear, proactively contacting customers to organise purchase orders for scheduled replacement parts to avoid downtime.
* Partner with the wholesale team to assess stock levels and identify opportunities to move slow-moving inventory through targeted campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must hold:
* Proficiency in using OEM systems and tools, along with Microsoft Suite, ERA and MDS.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
* Experience in parts interpretation and sales.
