About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled administrative professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients to BresicWhitney and providing efficient assistance with follow-up
* Answering all incoming calls, distributing calls, and taking accurate & detailed messages
* Supporting the Sales Team with open home packs preparation, including printing, scanning documentation on behalf of agents and administrative staff
* Assisting the Property Management Team with key management, filing, rate payments, vacate procedures, and additional responsibilities
* Maintaining a clean and respectable environment in common office areas, including boardrooms, photocopier rooms, and kitchen areas
* Reporting maintenance issues to the Office Manager
* Performing ad-hoc general administration duties as requested by Leadership
* Occasionally working across other locations
