The key objective of this role is to provide expert services responsible for the delivery of the Bank’s projects in relation to planning, designing, building, testing, performance tuning and ensuring operational readiness of the Bank’s IT Infrastructure services.About the roleDeliver the required documentation, reporting and data collection for asset management, audit, standard operations and proactive management of the Bank's end-to-end IT infrastructure services and processes.Continuously improve systems to enhance the user experience, operate efficiently and cost effectively, including maximising automation and orchestration of implementation and ongoing operations.This role is part of the Corporate Services Group, Information Technology Department. The Corporate Services Group is responsible for the effective provision of information technology, workplace (asset management, facilities management, building security, and procurement) and data management services to support the delivery of the Bank’s policy, operational and corporate objectives.About you7+ years of demonstrated IT experience in a service delivery or system administration role.5+ years of experience working with Windows Operating Systems, RHEL (RHEL7 and RHEL8) and other Linux distributions. Experience of windows Server OS systems administration and automation with Powershell.Functional understanding of server patching products and technologies, such as patching (Ivanti Lumension, Satellite 6) and backup/recovery (Commvault).Functional knowledge of OS core services, such as Active Directory.Demonstrated experience of infrastructure software technologies (such as backup, patching (Puppet.
