Manage project pipeline from Business to ensure IT resources are adequately staffed to align with required timelines.Attend any Business Review meeting with customers and gather/understand/follow-up areas of concern and improvement.Work with business and operation teams to understand their requirements to implement and deliver the appropriate IT solution.Carry out full implementation from Design, solution, development, testing to go-live.Manage projects for timely delivery and within scope.Coordinate with Global Sys Ops and extended Maersk resources to deliver any development or customization if necessary.Produce functional requirements, project plans, system configurations, and test plans.Perform configuration on any applications needed to run operations including all peripheral applications and devices.Review implementation methodology and tools regularly and keep them up to date.Conduct training for super-users and project team members.Ensure the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all IT systems and networks.Handle any change requirements.Review existing implementations and find any improvement opportunities.Ensure any issues reported are attended to until they are closed.Establish and maintain change control, incident, and escalation procedures.Manage service levels, KPIs, and escalation.Act as communicator during critical escalation.Conduct disaster recovery and system testing if needed.Support any system migration and upgrade.Liaise with third-party providers and negotiate contracts and services.Ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of outsourced IT services.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.Ensure compliance with the cyber security team.What we are looking for:At least 8 years of implementing, managing, and supporting warehouse management systems, and daily work using BI analysis tools.At least 5 years' experience in an IT managerial role.Strong knowledge and experience in the contract logistics industry.Experience in MS SQL or any SQL language will be an added advantage.Business knowledge of supply chain execution in any or all of the following verticals: Distribution center services in warehouse operations and contract logistics (must have) and/or Transport management.Experience in organizing and managing major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.Prepare and maintain the annual IT budget.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management skills and a good team player.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with various levels of departments and stakeholders.Good English communication skills (written and verbal).Bachelor's degree in science/information technology or Industrial engineering would be preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
