We are on a mission to continue driving the development and sustainability of our regions by bringing the strongest leadership, innovation and sustainable practices from complementary industries together in a scalable solution.Description:Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain effective communications and rapport with RAMS employees, Clients and key business stakeholders.Monitor the health, safety, environmental and quality hazards and risks for all personnel.Promote a culture across the business of zero harm.Ensure that all HSE statutory & client obligations and requirements are met.Participate and play a key role within the RAMS MGMT team.Lead and implement appropriate HSEQ processes to ensure personnel at all levels are aware of their responsibilities with regards to compliance.Develop, Implement, Manage and Control documents in line with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and actively pursue compliance with the RAMS IMS.Develop, Implement, Manage and Control Continuous Improvement Initiatives.Support in ensuring that all targets and deliverables of the Audit Schedule are met.Read, interpret and apply Australian Standards, Legislation and Codes of Practice.Support a wide range of diverse teams in development and implementation of safety policies and procedures across the business.Investigate HSEQ near misses and incidents, with outcome of investigation produced in a timely and professional manner. Assist employees and liaise with Human Resources and Management in the development & implementation of return-to-work plans.Participate in reviews of processes and audits for HSEQ to ensure alignment with Client and Corporate goals and targets.Monitor the quality of risk assessments and provide continuous improvement coaching where needed.Ensure accurate training records are maintained in a timely manner.Maintain and develop all HSEQ reporting systems.Skills and Experiences:About YouMinimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Health, Safety and Environment, equivalent or willingness to obtain qualification.Advantageous but not required, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent.Advantageous but not required TapRoot or ICAM training.Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a similar HSE Officer / HSE Advisor or Project / Site Administration role within the Oil & Gas industry, or large construction projects within Australia.Experience working with and applying ISO 9001, 1400, 45001, and ISO/IEC 17025.Ability to manage conflicting tasks.Ability to work independently and autonomously.Ability to work across a multidisciplinary scope of work and projects.OHS Construction Induction White Card / Blue Card.Current Drivers Licence.We are offeringImmediate start available.Continuous Training and Career Development.Competitive remuneration and a fully maintained vehicle.RAM Services is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all genders and backgrounds including Indigenous Australians.We will only be accepting applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Work Visa holders with at least 12 months validity from the role start date.
