We have an exciting opportunity to join our Communications team as Public Relations Manager for a 12 month parental leave contract. As the Public Relations Manager, you will report directly to the Director, Communications. You will assist in managing the PR activities to secure quality coverage for Tiffany & Co. that supports local market strategy across all channels including print, with a focus on digital and social media. You will identify, develop and build media and influencer relationships, driving consumer desire for the brand by creating new and exciting ways to use influencer content to reach target consumers and keep Tiffany relevant and top-of-mind. You will be responsible for but not limited to: Executing the local public relations strategy aligned with the overall PR strategy and ANZ goals Generate positive publicity through digital, social, editorial, and broadcast channels, influencers, and external media events Identify new outlets. develop and foster relationships with broadcast, digital and print media Develop local market influencer strategy, creating a strategically crafted ecosystem of talent to communicate core brand values and reach our target audience Cultivate and introduce the brand to new and emerging talent – in-turn engaging new audiences and customers Develop and execute external brand activations including developing event concepts and event production. Develop and execute local brand content with key publishers and content creators following Tiffany guidelines Results reporting for press and events, including ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking About you. A minimum five years’ current experience in Luxury or Fashion Public Relations Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations High attention to detail with clear and proven organizational skills Direct experience with hands-on responsibilities including reporting, collaborative strategic planning and project management Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering flawless work Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint Why Tiffany?
