Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role promises future growth and endless possibilities Please note, this is a part-time position but we're flexible with how the hours are split across the week. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing administration and sales support to the Coffs Harbour Sales Team. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Executive, Sales Manager and State Sales Manager on your assigned client patch. Based in Coffs Harbour and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Providing sales support and administration for the sales team, recording information and data entry Assisting in preparing internal sales revenue reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times Assisting with the preparation and the presentation of quality advertising proposals and presentations for clients at the request of the Sales Manager and Sales Executives. Timely processing of customer proposals, bookings, enquiries and other sales information as directed Recording all client bookings, amendments and cancellations daily, received from local Sales Manager and Sales Executive, ensuring scheduling deadlines are met and the team are are advised. Sourcing data and market intel for analysis purposes Representing Seven in the market among clients and agencies in association with Sales Executive. About You: You are someone with customer-facing/ sales-related experience, whether it be sales, marketing, retail or hospitality experience who is eager to launch a professional career in the media industry. You'll be someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, who will bring collaborative mindset to the team environment. You will have: Customer-facing experience (preferred) Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively. A strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry and administrative duties. Strong organisational skills, proactiveness and a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently. Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, media, advertising or business-related subjects (preferred, but not essential) Why Seven Network?
