Project Administrator - 12 month contract As our Project Administrator, your primary purpose will be to assist our Project Managers with the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. You will be a centralised hub that provides support, guidance and administration to the project teams. Reporting to our Head of Technical Operations and Development, you will collaborate closely with our Project Managers who provide groundwater management advice and consulting services for mining operations, landfills, irrigation and construction projects via comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals and meeting agendas. You will be part of a team that evaluates potential risks to water quality, proposes mitigation measures, and monitors the impact of these projects on groundwater systems. Specifically, you will Manage project setup, schedule updates and project closures, as well as assisting with project invoicing, within the ERP software (Deltek Vision) Coordinate tender submissions Optimise project delivery processes and implement quality assurance improvements Support, maintain and enhance the Project Management Methodology (PMM) Provide support for client contract reviews Collaborate closely with Project Managers to assess and mitigate project risks This is a 12 month contract role that is available now with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. About You You will be a highly organised, communicative and proactive Project Administrator, who is passionate about process, quality and timely delivery. You will understand the challenges of project delivery in a consulting environment, ideally having worked with scientists or engineers. With a respectful and authentic approach, you will support Project Managers within the company's endorsed process as well as offer guidance and contribute to ongoing improvement to project delivery.
