The Position
* Permanent Full time opportunity - we are also happy to consider part time hours
* Monday to Friday - 38 hours/week- no weekends!
* This opportunity will allow you to work directly with clients one-on-one in Gippsland region as well as supporting clients via Telehealth services across all regions particularly in Hunter NSW, South Tasmania and Far North QLD.

As a Social Worker at integratedliving you will be part of dedicated allied health care team focused on promoting the wellbeing of our aged and vulnerable clients, to live independent lives in their own community. As a clinician you will conduct initial and on-going assessments of client’s circumstances, making recommendations to resolve complex and at times unique situations for your clients. This will involve direct client contact and clinical care and advocacy work - both telehealth or face to face.
You will manage a portfolio of mixed clients with diverse needs, which may include dementia, housing, access to services, guardianship or elder abuse, which will provide you an opportunity to make a different in lives of vulnerable elderly Australian's. You will be provided with an opportunity to work on cross functional projects and if interested, run group discussions. You will be a part of a committed & multidisciplinary Allied Health team full of supportive and highly skilled individuals who are always collaborating for the best outcomes for clients.

What will you need to be considered for the role?
* Bachelor Degree or higher in Social work and AASW membership
* Satisfactory Police check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Current driver license and ability to travel for client care
* Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-developed IT skills and experience with client management software
* Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and exposure to collaborative practices
* Sound clinical knowledge and ability to deal with complex issues
