About the role As our Facilities Coordinator you will ensure our Philmac Adelaide site is in top condition, overseeing & coordinating maintenance, upgrades and security systems. From managing contractors and vendors to maintaining essential services like heating, cooling, and fire safety, you'll ensure that the facilities operate smoothly.Oversee and manage the alarm system, including swipe card access and site keys to ensure security protocols are followed and maintained.Administer and update the office sign-in system, ensuring accurate records of employee and visitor access to the premises.Coordinate general facilities issues, including identifying needs for building maintenance, repairs, and ensuring timely resolutions.Manage and monitor the cleaning schedules and service quality for all office areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Act as the point of contact for any facilities-related inquiries or concerns, ensuring efficient and responsive support to employees and stakeholders. About you Previous experience in a facilities coordinator position, or similar.Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient workplace.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, Rapid Global, Gallagher security, fire and compliance knowledge will set you up for success.Ability to manage contractors, navigate compliance requirements, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.Sound decision-making and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team whilst juggling multiple priorities.Flexible, adaptable and customer focused with a good sense of humour.
