Key Responsibilities:
* Work in a busy venue with a highly skilled team.
* Maintain attention to detail and ensure food standards are met.
* Prepare and present high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist in training other chefs and promote safe work practices.
* Liaise with senior chefs regarding workflow requirements.
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Commercial Cookery qualification.
* Food Safety Hygiene certification.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in a multi-faceted kitchen.
* Familiarity with the Food Safety Act.
* Strong time management and pressure handling skills.
