Working with us a People First Bank as a Support Member Service Consultant, you will be the face of our business for our members and will be responsible for delivering consistent high quality customer service.
About the role As a Support Member Service Consultant, you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products.
This is a flexible part-time position with variable hours of 15-32 per week, on a rotating roster.
Rosters are provided for a 4-week period, and released 1-week in advance, to support your work-life balance.
This role would support our Murray Bridge and Mount Barker branches, so to be successful in this role, you must be comfortable travelling between these locations on a rotating basis and have full availability to support the branch teams during their operating hours Monday to Friday.
In this role, your passion for customer service will be crucial, as we are a member-owned organisation dedicated to meeting our members' needs.
You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members.
You will understand their financial position, goals and aspirations and help align our products to their needs, specialising in personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and financial planning services.
