About this role
This role involves conducting phone-based sales to ensure maximum partner participation on the Menulog platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective partners to sign them onto the Menulog platform.
* Work with your team to set expectations for service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the sales team to drive partner growth across Australia.
* Meet sales targets.
* Foster geographic/zone focus in sales efforts.
* Undertake miscellaneous sales projects.
Requirements
* Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success (hospitality or app experience an asset).
* Persuasive skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services.
* Able to present ideas in a compelling way, adapting style to diverse audiences.
* Excellent relationship management and rapport-building skills.
* Strong time management and customer service skills.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* A hardworking attitude with a 'results-driven' approach.
