The Position: Client management, and operational setup to deliver successful outcomes Work cooperatively with the operations and kitchen teams daily, provide strong leadership and guidance Oversee the operation of onsite cafe, restaurant and fast food outlets Use effective business strategies to maximise sales and increase profit Create an inclusive, imaginative, inspiring environment where everyone works together to enhance the customer experience ensuring service levels never dip below sensational The Person Demonstrated experience at the management level (5 years ), qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred Experience in high volume A la carte, fine dining and events Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels A proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing a team of hospitality professionals Previous experience in an on-trend, multi-outlet capacity will be highly regarded.
