The primary function of the End User Services (EUS) Technician is to provide onsite and/or remote technical support to Digital61 clients including installing, repairing and maintaining User hardware, software and peripherals. EUS Technicians may on occasion be required to undertake Service Desk and/or System Administration tasks as well as been an escalation point.The role may also be required to manage activities such as software distribution, applications packaging, SOE updates, Group Policy changes, Workstation Updates (including security patches), and maintaining the currency of SOE applications.Deliver a time effective and sustained level of availability that enables Digital61 to satisfy its business objectives and to support the business requirements of Digital61 customers.Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline;Relevant industry certification such as:•Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP); MD 100, MD 101•Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE);•Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS);•Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP);•ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations.Nationally Accredited training such as:•Certificate IV – IT MajorStaff undertaking Desktop Support/Onsite Support/ End User Services Technician roles will be required to complete the following certifications to be considered as qualified for this role:-Have obtained within 6 months of joining Microsoft MD-100 - Windows 10 certification-Obtain within one year MD-101 – Managing Modern Desktops
