About the Role
You will be part of a team that works closely with customer consultants, lending specialists, and team leaders. Your responsibilities will include answering customer calls, responding to customer emails and web requests, and getting involved with customer campaigns and initiatives.
As a Customer Consultant, you will be the voice of Customer Contact in both call and digital interactions with our customers, connecting them with products and services to make their interaction with our business easy and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and online web messaging within acceptable timeframes, delivering service excellence for each and every customer.
* Listen to and understand our customers' needs, present solutions, and identify opportunities for growth, following up until the enquiry is fully closed.
* Apply relevant policies and processes to complete all outstanding work.
* Ensure all fees are applied to accounts as per the bank's fee collection policy.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in customer-facing roles and possess excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to multitask, type, and talk simultaneously, and will have a positive outlook and be adaptable and flexible.
Requirements
* A minimum of 25 hours per week available, including Saturdays and Sundays, and some evening work.
* Availability to work a roster that includes weekends and evenings.
* Ability to commit to full-time training for 5 weeks prior to commencing the permanent role.
