With expertise spanning design to manufacture, installation, and maintenance, they are known for their sophisticated conveyor and bulk handling systems.Sales Manager - work will involve: In conjunction with the Sales Director, you will identify new markets and new customers across your allocated region.
Raise awareness and promote the brand (conveyor systems) in local and overseas markets, focusing on QLD and Asia Pacific regions.
Define product and sales strategies to identify growth opportunities within new and existing clients.
Weekly trips to the Basin and Central QLD, visiting existing and new customers (hard rock and open cut mining disciplines), maintaining personal contact with clients in corporate offices, mine sites, manufacturing, and production plants.
Project tendering, application engineering, and product awareness training - site-based clients.
Updating your customers and supplier portfolio – informing them of product revisions and new products released.
Increase product profitability, collecting and reporting weekly on findings from customer visits.
Understand the technical specifications of the products and work closely with management to define and further develop the products.
What you'll need & What's On Offer: Preferred candidate would hold a TAFE or Degree and have progressed from an account management, business development, or sales management.
5 years of experience working with sophisticated conveyor/bulk handling technology.
Residential position - based out of Mackay / Central QLD, negotiable for the right candidate.
