Leading a team at our Kalgoorlie Portables branch, you will need to be passionate about customer sales and service, focus on leading a team that provides value, contribute to the branch success, and make a difference!
4. Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
5. Manage the day-to-day operations including Transport (load and unload activities) and Yard Team.
6. Oversee Asset Management
7. Create the best solution / outcome for our customers– develop quotes, raise purchase orders, and enter hire agreements.
8. Manage branch P&L and KPIs around fleet availability and utilisation and customer loyalty.

What you’ll bring to the role
15. Portable buildings and facility experience (highly desirable)
16. Sales and operational leadership experience
17. Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team’, cohesive mindset
18. A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
19. Demonstrated commercial acumen
20. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
21. Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
