The purpose of the role is to manage people analytics and people reporting. Delivering analytics and insights into payroll data and payroll governance, advance modelling looking at anomalies in payroll data and identify and remediate payroll issues. Your new role This role requires you to work closely with the team and perform Digital and data analytics: Ensure current reporting deliverables (BAU) is delivered timely and to a high level of accuracy. The ability to analyse core metric data quickly to understand changes in performance. Deliver analytics and insights into payroll data and payroll governance, advance modelling looking at anomalies in payroll data and identify and remediate payroll issues. The ability to communicate recommendations with confidence to a wide range of stakeholders including Team leaders, consultants, and Managers. To be able to take direction and form meaningful insights through data to help solver problem statements from stakeholders. Engagement of internal and external stakeholders Identifying and influencing a range of internal and external stakeholders Provide professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and meet all required compliance standards Work co-operatively as required on initiative and process improvements impacting the wider business What you'll need to succeed Understand financial services & Payroll data and able to understand Python data models and relationships to compile reporting and metrics. Strong skills in python modelling, discovery cloud, AWS to present analytical insights and findings to stakeholders. Experience working with Payroll data and people analytics. Attention to detail, self-managed, strong data and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team. Knowledge of Banking and financial products.
