About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. Our Site Managers play an important role in the delivery of our homes for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The Site Manager will work closely with other members of the team to achieve company goals and objectives. Your ability to organise, engage and support is critical to your success in this fast-paced environment.
About your new career
Manage and supervise all construction site activities, be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement site-specific plans and schedules to meet construction deadlines.
Monitor and control construction costs including labour, materials and equipment.
Provide regular progress reports to management and other stakeholders.
Manage and motivate onsite subcontractors and suppliers, providing your subcontractors with a professional experience you are proud of.
Foster positive customer relationships.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact construction delivery.

About you
Detailed understanding of South Australian building codes and regulations.
An aptitude for project management and be technically minded.
Experience using ClickHome construction software or similar.
Experience monitoring and controlling ETS spending.
Tertiary qualification in construction trade, ideally a carpentry background.
South Australian building work supervisor's registration, or working towards obtaining.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and promotion of a safety culture on your sites.
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and build positive relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical construction detailing.
