Responsibilities
:
1. Coordinate the organisation of and preparation for Board and Boardmittee meetings.
2. Coordinate management reporting to Board and Boardmittees.
3. Collate all necessary Board and Boardmittee papers and organise timely dispatch to Directors prior to meetings.
4. Prepare and manage the Board and Boardmittee meeting calendar.
5. Organise Cromwell Property Group securityholder meetings (including the Annual General Meeting).
6. Coordinate procedural matters for subsidiarypanies (for example, annualpany statements and solvency resolutions) to ensurepliance with statutory requirements.
7. Coordinate lodgement of all statutory forms in a timely manner.
8. Maintain Secretariat registers including for subsidiarypanies, unit trusts and material documents.
9. Coordinate the establishment of new subsidiarypanies and unit trusts.
10. Maintain and coordinatepletion of Secretariat annual calendar of deliverables.
11. Assist thepany Secretary as required with secretariat and corporateernance matters.
12. Record and maintain Board and Boardmittee minutes ensuring all follow-up actions are properlymunicated.
