The Position
1. Ensuring compliance with all catering requirements
2. Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our catering performance
3. Conducting regular interactions with all levels throughout our villages
4. On the ground support to all Head Chefs throughout our portfolios
5. Training and development of identified talent within the organisation
6. Ensure we deliver high quality catering and support services to our client
7. Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
8. Implementing new food processes and procedures across the business
The Person
9. Experience in Site Based Head Chef or Executive Chef positions across high-volume catering environments
10. Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders
11. Ability to identify and implement new innovations within the catering management space
12. Experience introducing new operating methods, effectively bringing people along the journey.
13. Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, throughout large organisations
Roster and point of hire is flexible, for the right candidate. This position however, will require consistent travel to sites. Your passion for exceptional customer service, genuine commitment to safety and strong people management skills are essential for you to succeed in this role.
