We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Designer with RTO experience to join our customers dynamic project team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, project support officers and multimedia specialists to design and develop innovative learning materials and courses. You will be responsible for creating instructional strategies and applying the ADDIE Model throughout the development process.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and define learning objectives for various training programs.
2. Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
3. Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, assessments, and multimedia elements.
4. Develop and implement instructional strategies based on adult learning principles and the ADDIE Model.
5. Utilise authoring tools and learning management systems (Moodle) to develop and deliver e-learning content.
6. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of learning materials.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve learning solutions.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Learning Designer within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or similar educational setting.
9. Strong knowledge and practical application of the ADDIE Model.
10. Proficiency in instructional design software and e-learning authoring tools.
11. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and experience in content development and deployment.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
