Calling all Personal Care Workers to provide homecare services to clients throughout Melbourne (Western Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, East & Southeast Suburbs). At HenderCare, we're expanding our organisation to meet the increases in service delivery requirements. About the Role As a casual Personal Care Attendant, you will aim to maximise the service recipients' independence by addressing their individual needs and building positive home environments and relationships with families and the community. Shifts are predominantly 2-hours (ranging 2-4 hours per client). Ideal candidates excel in handling multiple shorter shifts, ensuring consistent opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives we support. The main tasks and responsibilities are:Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, medication management, bed transfers, etc.).Supporting service recipients in accessing appointments or recreational activities, and monitoring and reporting on progress, health, and other issues.Assisting with household duties (e.g., cooking, cleaning, shopping).
