Deliver Tax & Commercial Advice – Provide high-level insights to help clients navigate complex financial and business challenges. Oversee Compliance Work – Manage workflow and ensure all compliance reporting deadlines and targets are met. Support Directors in Advisory Projects – Assist in the preparation of strategic advisory reports and insights. Lead & Mentor a Team – Inspire and guide a high-performing team, helping them grow and achieve their goals. What We're Looking For: 7+ Years' Experience working in a business services firm, with a proven track record in leadership. CA/CPA Qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Strong technical expertise in tax, business legislation, and compliance matters. A passion for client service and delivering exceptional experiences for your portfolio. Experience leading and managing high-quality advisory work independently, with a strategic mindset. Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and support a small team. A flexible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset. A professional, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
