).Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Experience providing advanced clinical care, including chronic disease, medication, palliative care, catheter management, stoma care, wound care, and diabetes management.About Usintegratedliving is an industry-leading provider known for its person-centered approach to care.
