Your opportunity As the Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying, securing, and managing strategic alliances that unlock new revenue streams and expand our market presence. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Communications to drive sustainable business growth through innovation and collaboration.
Here's how you'll do it: Develop New Business Opportunities – identify and qualify leads, build a strong pipeline, and structure commercially viable partnerships. Drive Strategic Partnerships – cultivate and negotiate relationships with key decision-makers to deliver impactful collaborations. Manage & Strengthen Relationships – serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring alignment, engagement, and long-term success. Strategic Planning & Execution – contribute to the development of our overall business growth strategy, analyse partnership performance, and drive continuous improvement. What we're looking for: Proven experience in business development and partnership management. Strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills. Exceptional ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise.
