Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth investigations of aviation incidents, analysing technical data and determining the scope of damage.
• Prepare comprehensive reports to inform insurers on potential liabilities.
• Assess repair schemes and negotiate fair claim settlements.
• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

• Ad Hoc duties: Your key accountabilities will include such other duties and tasks as allocated, at the discretion of management, and that are within your capabilities and the scope of your role.
Essential Qualifying Criteria:
• Holder of a current UK CAA/EASA/CASA B1/B2 (or equivalent) aircraft maintenance engineer's license with at least 5 years of certifying experience on any of the following: commercial airliners, business jets/helicopters, and general aviation aircraft.
• Completion of an Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of work experience in an aircraft maintenance environment. Managerial experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in aircraft structural repairs on large commercial, business, or general aviation aircraft, ideally including helicopters.
• Possess first-class English communication skills with a confident and personable demeanour.
• Impeccable fluency in written English for preparing both technical and non-technical reports.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently, often at short notice.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
Desirable:
• International experience with hands-on aircraft maintenance in AOG situations.
• Additional language (s) relevant to the Asia Pacific region
