We have plans to grow our stores dramatically over the coming months and are looking for an area leader to manage up to 4 current stores within the Sydney region. Key Responsibilities: People: Train and develop Management team for effective leadership. Motivate and inspire our people and guests with engagement and connection. Manage staffing mix to meet brand requirements. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional operations and Shift Running in each restaurant. Maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. Monitor and manage operational times to enhance the Guest experience. Processes - Collaborative Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide a safe working environment and compliance with OH&S. Manage repairs, maintenance, and protect against policy breaches. Processes - Area Manager: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all systems and processes. Ensure Managers are proficient in brand processes. Proactively manage COGS and labor costs, complete QARs. Numbers: Responsible for restaurant-specific sales, volume growth, and cost control. Monitor Main Item Volume forecasts and restaurant labor costs. Use business information for informed decision-making. New Restaurant Openings: Work with relevant parties to open new stores.
