Your Future Role We have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Repair and Overhaul Center (ROC), based at Rouse Hill. You will primarily be responsible for providing Mechatronic Engineering support to the repair and maintenance operations within the workshop. We'll look to you for: Formulating the repair procedures and validation methodologies. Defining and managing the BOM for Electro-mechanical parts. Managing the Repair Loop and technicians conducting repair works. Supporting cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial. Analysing the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plans/processes and promoting action plans to improve them. Identifying improvements in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers. Promoting the use of the latest maintenance techniques and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean). All About You We value passion and attitude over experience. A passion for process improvement and operational excellence. Demonstrated experience in systems/application engineering or similar. Experience in Rolling Stock maintenance (preferred). Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechatronic or similar).
