Narrogin Senior High School is seeking to establish a pool of Associate Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies.
The Role:
The successful applicant will assume a pivotal role working closely with the Principal and the School leadership team to shape the school's identity. Key responsibilities include educational leadership and instructional coaching, promoting the school's vision, values, ethos, and priorities.
The Associate Principal will champion a collaborative approach, overseeing whole school programs, positive behaviour in schools, and support for students at educational risk. This includes encouraging staff, volunteers, and community members to actively share ownership of the school's vision and goals.
Change management is also an essential aspect of this role, where the Associate Principal strategically facilitates the acceptance of change and identifies opportunities for improved service delivery.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing school operations, delivering the School Business Plan through decision-making and policy development, and providing strategic direction for staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
