In this role, you will ensure we meet all contractual commitments while delivering efficient and impactful operational outcomes across our key customer network. Key Areas:Collate all contracted service level results in preparation for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.Set priorities and plans to achieve overall strategy, goals and targets.Ensure strong working relationships are maintained between the BevChain and Customer teams to ensure strong service, safety and efficient operations are achieved.Promote and encourage sites and the customer to actively participate in and execute Continuous Improvement initiatives.Promote and deliver a ‘Customer First’ approach through ongoing and consistent interaction within the greater BevChain and Linfox business units.Ensure all hazards and risks are identified, evaluated and controlled in accordance with Linfox Safety Policy and Procedures and any customer requirement.Are you the one?We are looking for strong and highly effective communicators that ideally have a prior background in a similar role within operations or broader Supply Chain. We require individuals that are analytically minded and possess a strong commercial acumen.
