The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
1. Building strong connections with clients and their families
2. Performing duties in line with the Nursing Award - Registered Nurse Level 2
3. Organising support to clients with disabilities and monitoring and reporting on their progress
4. Referring clients to agencies that can provide additional help
5. Assessing client needs and resources for health, welfare and other facilities and services
6. Maintaining accurate records of incidents and feedback as required
7. Re-organising work priorities to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment
8. Supporting all clients to meet their goals
9. Conducting Client Care Assessments and Care Planning
10. Discussing and promoting Right at Home's services with medical professionals and referral sources
11. Reporting to head office
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Monday to Friday – 8.30am - 5.30pm
14. Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.
15. Experience in assessing and planning care needs
16. Sound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systems
17. A strong client focus based on their goals, preferences and needs
18. Current National Police Check
19. NSW Working with Children Check
20. NSW Full Drivers Licence
21. All candidates must have the right to work in Australia
22. Organisational, administrative and time management skills
23. NDIS Worker Screening Check
24. First Aid & CPR Certificate
